Andrew Jackomos
Senior Partner, BDO
Andrew
has over 30 years of experience providing tax
advisory services, including more than 10 years in
Thailand. His specialties include corporate
taxation, international taxation and tax structuring
of cross border and financing transactions. His
industry experience includes financial services,
food, manufacturing, construction,
telecommunications, and pharmaceuticals. Andrew
holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the
University of Melbourne with majors in economics,
accounting and commercial law. He is a Fellow of the
Australian Society of Certified Practicing
Accountants.

Paul Sumner
Partner, PWC
Paul is
a Director in PWC Thai practice. Paul advises companies
on all aspects of the cross border movement of products.
He has extensive experience of planning and conducting
national, regional and global custom reviews. Paul has
worked on all aspects of customs and trade issues,
including valuation, classification, origin and customs
procedures. Paul specialises in valuation and has
advised a number of multi-national companies on the
implementation of the WTO Valuation Agreement in
Thailand and across Asia. Paul has also advised Thai
Customs on issues such as balancing enforcement with
trade facilitation.

Cameron McCullough

Cameron is a Partner in the Deloitte Tax and Legal
Services business unit and is based in our Bangkok
office since 2003. Cameron has practiced as a
general commercial lawyer, assisting multinational
corporations with foreign direct investments in the
Asia Pacific region. He has broad general experience
within the region and has worked in Australia,
Japan, Vietnam, Hong Kong and Thailand. In addition
Cameron has significant experience in
technology-related legal issues and has advised on
establishing and operating Internet businesses, B2B
and B2C e- commerce, including Internet banking and
contractual, licensing, tax and privacy issues.

Huong Vu
Tax Partner, Ernst & Young Vietnam
Huong
Vu is a Tax Partner of Ernst & Young Vietnam. She
has 15 years experience in tax and accounting
industries. She has actively involved in assisting a
diverse range of clients on tax matters, including
corporate taxation, value added tax, foreign
contractor tax, foreign exchange and financial
issues. Huong Vu is particularly in-depth
understanding of local regulatory system and various
tax and investment regulations. She has expertise in
advising on indirect tax issues, including customs
duty, value added tax, and special consumption tax.
She is leading a team of dedicated indirect tax
professionals to provide a seamless, consistent
service throughout the country and deal effectively
with cross border issues.

Orsolya Szotyory-Grove
Partner, Russin & Vecchi
Orsolya Szotyory-Grove graduated from Princeton
University (2000) and earned a JD from Tulane Law
School (2004), where she served as a Managing Editor
on the Tulane Law Review. She joined Russin &
Vecchi’s Ho Chi Minh City office in 2007. Prior to
joining the firm, she clerked for the Hon. Ulysses
G. Thibodeaux, Chief Judge of Louisiana’s Third
Circuit Court of Appeal, and for the Hon. Kent
Smith, of the Massachusetts Appeals Court. She is
admitted in New York, and speaks fluent Hungarian
and French.
